Cornet Barcelona is providing a limited glassware warranty policy ("Policy") to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of glassware for a period of 1 years from the date of delivery (calculated at five days after the date of shipment) of the glassware to the Purchaser. This Policy covers wine glasses, stemless wine glasses, dacanters and champagne glasses manufactured and sold by Cornet Barcelona. This Policy solely covers damage (including breakage) to the glassware caused by a defect in the manufacturing of the glassware during normal use, which does not include, among other things, subjecting the glassware to high temperatures, pressure, or impact. This Policy does not cover damage caused by any other means, including but not limited to damage caused by intentional breakage. In the event that the original glass design (shape, size, color) is discontinued, Cornet Barcelona will replace the glass with a glass of equivalent or greater value.
In order to claim a defect in glassware, the Purchaser is required to mail wecare@cornetbarcelona.eu to make a claim. Purchasers making a claim, including but not limited to those making multiple claims, may be required to mail evidence of the breakage to Cornet Barcelona for testing. All such mailing must be made in accordance with all applicable United States Postal Service laws, regulations, and policies or other applicable courier policies. In the event Purchaser wants to replace a Cornet Barcelona product, Cornet Barcelona will replace the product with a non-personalized glassware product, of equivalent or greater value. Cornet Barcelona will mail to the Purchaser replacement glassware within two weeks of receipt of a complete and approved claim.
This Policy applies to Cornet Barcelona on or after January 1, 2016. Cornet Barcelona does not provide any other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the glassware. Upon Purchaser’s return of the broken glass's base, proof of purchase, Cornet Barcelona will send a replacement glass.
